Naavi is proud to partner with a leading consultancy to support with their requirement for a Transaction Lead in NSW. Our client provides expertise across every stage of the project lifecycle, from project development through procurement, delivery, operations and dispute resolution. Their team comprises of professionals with hands-on experience as engineers, advisors, contractors, lawyers, and commercial managers, enabling them to deliver best-practice advisory services and reliable commercial advice.

You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex transactions, driving commercial and financial strategy whilst helping to ensure successful project execution. You will oversee transaction structuring, risk analysis, financial due diligence and commercial negotiations, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-value outcomes.

What we're looking for:

• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Business, Engineering, Law or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading and managing end-to-end transaction processes including procurement, financial analysis, risk assessment and negotiations.
• Experience in advisory, consulting, infrastructure advisory and infrastructure financing
• A knack for business development and experience supporting proposal writing, client pitches and thought leadership.
• Familiarity with PPPs, major infrastructure projects, or government-led procurement processes is a plus.
